Cookieless Analytics (No Consent Needed)
Umami Analytics — cookieless page analytics: pages visited, referrer, country, device type and browser. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why it does not appear in the consent banner. No personally identifiable information is collected and you are not tracked across sites. Marketing (Currently None)
We do not currently use any marketing cookies on our website. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent.
Embedded Videos (YouTube)
Some pages show short videos from our YouTube channel. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you choose to play a video: before that, you see a preview image served from our own website. Pressing play first shows a short notice; only when you confirm does the video load from YouTube, a Google service, in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may then store data on your device and receives your IP address. We ask each time, and your choice does not change your cookie settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Mobile App
- Local device storage — preferences, cached recipes, and offline data. This data never leaves your device unless synced to your account.
- Anonymous authentication — creates a unique anonymous identifier for data synchronization. No personal information is collected.
